Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of industrial maintenance or equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) system safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and first-response repairs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operations personnel to maximize uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, and operating reports.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, EPA, local, state, and company environmental regulations.
