Job Description
- Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of RTLS technology across healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate deployment activities, system setup, device provisioning, and go-live readiness efforts.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and support workflow integration.
- Troubleshoot application, device, and system-related issues impacting RTLS performance.
- Monitor system functionality and work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and communication between project stakeholders.
- Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities prior to deployment.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and support procedures.
- Support training efforts and user adoption initiatives across various departments.
- Participate in ongoing system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and future RTLS expansion projects.
Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or administering RTLS (Real-Time Location Services) technology.
- Experience participating in healthcare technology implementations within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology deployments, system integrations, and end-user support.
- Experience coordinating technology rollouts, application deployments, or infrastructure initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with operational, clinical, and technical teams.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and build relationships across multiple departments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with RTLS platforms or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting a new hospital build, activation, or large-scale healthcare facility opening.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, asset tracking, patient flow, or staff location services.
- Experience working with wireless infrastructure, IoT devices, badges, sensors, or location-based technologies.
- Background in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or operational technology.
- Project management or implementation experience within a healthcare setting.
