Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RTLS implementations across multiple facilities.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, IT, security, vendors).
• Ensure on-time delivery, system performance, and compliance standards.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
• Translate operational and clinical requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and document integration workflows (HL7, APIs, IoT platforms).
• Partner with vendors to deliver training materials and user adoption plans.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and lifecycle management.
• Support Power BI and data analytics initiatives tied to RTLS data.
• Troubleshoot incidents and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Drive optimization initiatives including SSO, workflow improvements, and multi-site deployments.

Position Summary

The Senior Product Analyst supports enterprise implementation of real-time location services (RTLS) solutions across healthcare facilities. This position partners with physical security, emergency operations, IT, and facility leadership, with a strong focus on project management, vendor coordination, and delivery of scalable RTLS solutions.

Responsibilities

Implementation & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end Kontakt.io RTLS implementations across multiple facilities
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, IT, security, vendors)
• Ensure on-time delivery, system performance, and compliance standards
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization

Product & Integration Support

• Translate operational and clinical requirements into technical solutions
• Define and document integration workflows (HL7, APIs, IoT platforms)
• Partner with vendors to deliver training materials and user adoption plans
• Support system upgrades, testing, and lifecycle management

Operations & Optimization

• Support Power BI and data analytics initiatives tied to RTLS data
