Futures in California leads an established meat processing operation seeking an experienced Plant Manager to steer a fast-paced RTE facility. You will oversee production, maintenance, FSQA and drive performance across safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has proven plant leadership in high-volume poultry, pork, or beef processing, with a track record of optimizing KPIs, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering tangible improvements in cost and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must have previous plant leadership experience within RTE Poultry, Pork, or Beef processing.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, high-volume food manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of RTE production processes, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in managing large teams, improving operational KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial decision-making abilities.

We are partnering with an established meat processing company in the USA to identify an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced, high-volume Ready-to-Eat (RTE) manufacturing facility.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced operational leader who has a proven track record of managing large manufacturing teams, driving plant performance, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
