Job summary

Alpha Executive Search seeks an experienced leader with 10+ years in poultry management, including ready-to-eat (RTE) operations, to guide safety, quality, and team development. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive management experience within the poultry industry, ready to eat (RTE) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated financial understanding to include budgeting, staffing, and cost analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.
