Qualifications

• Minimum High School education completed.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and SQF fundamentals.
• Experience with reading specs and BOMs; basic math and weights.
• Strong English communication, teamwork and safety awareness.
• Lock-Out Tag-Out and pallet jack knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to meet quality and schedule goals.
• Set up stations, adjust parameters, and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Lead teammates on lines and assist with machine down situations.
• Perform QA checks, record weights and batch numbers accurately.
• Monitor packaging flow, recordkeeping, and material handling.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to GMP/SQF standards.
