Job summary

Verve Coffee Roasters in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking an RTD Production Operator for our Ready to Drink team. You will handle production processes, sanitation, data collection, and packaging, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma; warehouse experience is preferred and 6 months in beverage production is a plus. This non-exempt position reports to the Operations Manager and offers benefits after the tenure period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience preferred; 6 months beverage production is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills with Google Drive/Sheets and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RTD production processes and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Assist with inventory, FIFO, and order fulfillment.
• Follow safety procedures and operate pallet jack, forklift, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production and data collection.
