Job summary

Verve Coffee Roasters in Santa Cruz, CA, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the operations team in daily order fulfillment across Wholesale, Ecommerce, and Grocery channels. The role focuses on packing, QA, and on-time delivery, with a strong emphasis on safety and GMP compliance.

The Production Lead will coordinate with the Production Manager and Customer Experience to optimize distribution, print packing slips, and ensure accurate shipments. A background in coffee production is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production and logistics management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and production planning software.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Coffee production knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily order batch fulfillment across all channels.
• Lead the team in daily execution and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience for distribution channels.
• Print and deliver packing slips and shipping documents.
• Oversee order fulfillment sub-functions and QA compliance.
• Monitor production equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Ensure SOPs and safety policies are followed.
• Run wholesale and e-commerce reports for fulfillment.
