Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an RTCDP Product Lead to drive the design, configuration, and validation of the data and identity foundation powering segmentation, activation, and downstream orchestration across Adobe and external destinations.

You will collaborate with enterprise architects, AEP engineers, and consultants to shape data models, ingestion pipelines, and activation workflows for unified customer profiles and high-quality data.

Qualifications

• RTCDP (core) expertise and implementation experience.
• Identity stitching across CRM IDs, ECIDs, hashed emails, AAIDs.
• Data modeling: map data to XDM classes and field groups.
• Governance, privacy rules, and data minimization.
• Batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines.
• Ability to design activation workflows across paid media, email, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Configure RTCDP components: namespaces, datasets, schemas, mappings.
• Build and validate ingestion pipelines and activation readiness checks.
• Design identity graphs and verify stitching accuracy.
• Ensure data quality, deduplication, and schema consistency across systems.
• Develop and test RTCDP segments and activation destinations.
• Collaborate with AEP, AJO, and CJA teams for aligned datasets and rules.
