Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Data Product Lead to drive the Data POD for scalable Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. You will guide the foundational data layer powering customer experience, activation, analytics, and personalization across the Adobe ecosystem.

The role focuses on data governance, quality, and enterprise integrations, with leadership over offshore data engineering resources and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, customer data platforms, marketing technology, data engineering, or related fields.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network/Data Streams, tag management, and enterprise data layer architecture.
• Extensive experience implementing Adobe Experience Platform solutions, including XDM schema design and dataset configuration.
• Hands-on experience with the B2B data model—accounts, contacts/leads, opportunities, and buying groups—in RTCDP B2B or similar CDP.
• Proven experience integrating CRM/billing/campaign data into Adobe Experience Platform with lead-to-account matching.

Responsibilities

• Own technical quality, delivery velocity, and overall execution for all work within the Data POD.
• Lead hands-on reviews of solution designs, architectures, configurations, and deployment plans.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, including peer reviews, QA validation, runbooks, and governance controls.
• Manage and mentor offshore data engineering resources, providing clear specifications and feedback.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, standards, and reusable patterns for data collection, integration, and governance.
• Design and oversee Adobe Web SDK implementations, Edge Network/Data Streams configuration, tag management frameworks, and data layer architectures.
• Lead CRM, billing, and campaign data integrations into AEP, including lead-to-account matching.
• Define and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, ingestion strategies, and B2B identity frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and compliance requirements are incorporated into all solutions.
• Represent the Data POD across governance forums and translate business needs into executable sprint plans.
