Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a CDP Consultant to help clients unlock the value of their customer data through Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), with a focus on Adobe Real-Time CDP. In this role, you will serve as a strategic consultant helping organizations translate business goals into scalable CDP use cases that enable audience activation, personalization, and cross-channel engagement.

This position sits within our Technology team and works closely with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an agency environment with client-facing consulting.
• 3+ years with CDPs, specifically Adobe RTCDP.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience configuring Adobe RTCDP, including creating complex audiences.
• Familiarity with all Adobe applications is preferred.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Experience with A/B testing tools is a plus.
• College degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day platform consultant for CDP capabilities, use cases, and activation strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering to identify CDP opportunities.
• Translate marketing and business requirements into CDP technical specs for identity resolution, data governance, modeling, ingestion, segmentation, and reporting.
• Support activation-focused CDP use cases that enable segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel engagement.
• Define activation strategies across paid media, email, SMS, web personalization, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain solution documentation and act as the platform SME for client CDP implementations.
• Collaborate with project teams to prioritize CDP enhancements and activation initiatives.
• Provide hands-on guidance to client teams to operationalize CDP capabilities.
