PROtect LLC is seeking an experienced NDT Technician to conduct non-destructive testing on structures, pipelines, and components using x-ray, ultrasonic, and related methods. The role emphasizes expanding NDT qualifications and CR certification, with opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement within the NDT industry.

Qualified candidates should have experience in RT and RT-related methods, a strong safety ethic, and the ability to work a demanding schedule, including long on-site

Qualifications

• NDT methods expertise and ongoing learning.
• Mechanical knowledge and capability.
• Safety compliance and leadership.
• Willingness to work long, demanding shifts (up to 16 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform tasks in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct NDT testing according to codes, standards, and procedures.
• Perform radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, leak testing, and visual inspections.
• Prepare, load, calibrate, or operate NDT equipment.
• Identify defects and document results.
• Train assigned assistants and ensure safety of the team.
