Acuren is seeking NDT RT Level II Technicians to support operations in Brookfield, WI and surrounding areas. This travel-heavy role requires travel up to 75% across WI, IL, MN, IA, IN, MI and NE to inspect in environments such as agriculture, pulp & paper, gas plants and refineries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Certified Level II RT (CR/DR a plus) considered.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Experience in report writing and interpreting inspection results.
• Knowledge of NDT equipment and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods.
• Establish techniques for proper examination while following safety regulations.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts, conductivity meters, and visual indicators.
• Organize and report test results.
• Perform specialized inspections and potentially instruct others.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.

Acuren is currently recruiting for NDT RT Level II Technicians any combination to support operations in Brookfield, WI and surrounding areas.THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION.

Successful candidates must be able to travel up to 75% throughout WI, IL, MN, IA, IN, MI and NE. (Environments will be Corn/Agricultural, Pulp & Paper, Gas Plants, Refineries and Pharmaceuticals.)

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements
