RSU 1 seeks a full-time Special Education Ed Tech II to work in the Life Skills Program at Dike-Newell School. RSU 1 seeks a full-time Special Education Ed Tech II candidate to work at Dike-Newell School in the Life Skills Program. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, organized, kind and compassionate team player, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ABA programming, trauma-sensitive care, and behavior management practices is preferred. Prior successful experience working with elementary public school special education students is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with board certified behavior analyst, supervising teacher and colleagues
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with students despite challenging behaviors

Certification

• Current Educational Technician II Certification
• Current Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)

Pay Range: $21.96 - $29.66 per hour, depending on experience, as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.
