Andersen Corporation is seeking a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join Renewal by Andersen in Pittsburgh. You’ll act as the single point of contact for homeowners, delivering Signature Service and coordinating with Sales to ensure a seamless experience throughout the project.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year customer service experience, strong communication, data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Pittsburgh!

As a Concierge RSR, you’ll deliver Signature Service by serving as the single point of contact for homeowners throughout their project. You’ll partner closely with Sales Representatives to provide personalized communication and ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners

• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files

• Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls

Work Schedule Goal:

After completing training, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule:

• 2 days remote (work from home)
• 3 days in the office (Murrysville)

PAY RANGE:

$24.95 - $36.15

PROFIT SHARING:

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
