Andersen Corporation in the Capital Region is seeking a Concierge to provide customer service for delivery partners and customers, handling orders and inquiries with accuracy.

You will update customer management systems, resolve issues, and support sales fulfillment while collaborating with internal teams and possibly training colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years’ work experience to include order processing.
• Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills.
• Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution.
• Intermediate writing skills.
• Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area.
• Knowledge of products/services.
• Persuasiveness.
• Time management.
• Results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process complex orders with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.
• Maintain customer management system updates.
• Clarify, diagnose, and resolve order issues.
• Create packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.
• Prepare customer correspondence.
• Identify and implement ways to improve overall level of service.
• Communicate order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provide customer/delivery partner feedback.
• Administer programs, e.g. customer referral program.
• May train others in office and customer service processes.
• May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Concierge to join our Capital Region team! The Concierge will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

PAY RANGE:

$27.45 - $39.75

PROFIT SHARING:

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
