Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and escalation skills.
• Proficient word processing and spreadsheet skills.

• Strong verbal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable management with focus on minimizing bad debt and maintaining homeowner satisfaction.
• Enter homeowner payments and labor payments to partners.
• Make collection decisions and escalate cases with managers (final demand letters, liens, etc.).
• Manage and audit accounts and access to 3rd party finance lender portals and admin payment portal.
• Review KPI’s and support process changes; audit as needed.
• Cross-train and assist other areas as decided by supervisor.
• Investigate and resolve payment, refund, financing, and business adjustments discrepancies.
• Occasional Saturdays as needed.

Job Description

Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for a Accounting and Finance Coordinator to join our team in Pittsburgh!

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.

Position Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing AR with a focus on minimizing bad debt expense while ensuring high levels of homeowner satisfaction and maintaining lowest level of AR possible at all times.
• Enters payments from homeowners & enters labor payments to our partners
• Makes decisions on collections and works with managers on escalated cases involving final demand letters, property liens, etc.
• Responsible for managing and auditing accounts and access to 3rd party finance lender portals and admin payment portal.
• Maintains and reviews key performance indicators (KPI’s). Audit and investigate as appropriate. Support and document implementation of process changes.
• Cross-training and assisting in other areas of the business as decided by supervisor.
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies involved with payments, refunds, financing, and business adjustments.
• Required to work Saturdays once a month as needed

Work Schedule Goal

After completing training, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule:

• 2 days remote (work from home)
• 3 days in the office (Murrysville)

Minimum Qualification, Skill And/Or Competency Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year Accounting/Finance experience.
• Advanced phone etiquette including qualified talk tracks involved in escalated collection calls with homeowners.
• Advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills
• Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment.

Pay Range

$24.95 - $36.15

PROFIT SHARING

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
