Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks an RSOI&R Work Group Leader to join our team at Fort Polk South, Louisiana. You will supervise personnel, coordinate tasks, and ensure compliance with federal and facility regulations while directing movement of personnel and cargo.

Responsibilities include operating large tactical vehicles, loading and securing cargo, performing vehicle inspections, overseeing ammunition warehousing and aerial resupply tasks, and supporting the Shift Leader and Division Lead.

• Operates large tactical vehicles and trailers to transport personnel, cargo, fuel, and ammo over routes as required.
• Supervises and secures cargo, ensuring regulatory and vehicle compliance.
• Oversees vehicle and equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Supervises ammunition warehousing, storage, delivery, and aerial resupply tasks.
• Assists Shift Leader in supervising employees and task assignment.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Valiant is looking for a RSOI&R Work Group Leader to join our team!

Essential Duties And Responsibilites

• Operates large tactical vehicles, busses, forklifts, dually trucks, gooseneck trailers, refrigerated trucks and UTVs to transport personnel, cargo, fuel and ammunition over specified routes to local or distant points according to requirements.
• Supervises/ Loads and secures cargo ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and vehicle capability.
• Supervises/Performs operator level inspections and maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Supervises/Performs various ammunition warehousing duties to include accountability, storage, delivery, and distribution of ammunition, and various Aerial Resupply tasks to include pallet building, loading, delivery, and recovery from designated airfields and/or drop zones and parachute recovery.
• Assists Shift Leader and Division Lead in direct Supervision of employees, assigns tasks and ensure compliance with Federal, State, Ft. Polk, Valiant Regulations and policies.
• Performs other duties in accordance with Mission Support Requirements as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
