Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb invites applications for the RSCR Operations role in New Brunswick, NJ. You will support project interactions and operational needs for biologics and small molecules with external manufacturing and vendors.

Required are a BS or MS in biological sciences or chemistry, with 5–8 years in biotech/pharma, plus experience in analytical techniques and method validation. Travel up to 5% may occur.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in biological sciences, chemistry, or related disciplined fields.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years in biotech/pharmaceutical industries.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques and separation science.
• Instrumentation and method validation experience.
• Biotech/biologics experience with reference standards and/or critical reagents is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage RSCR portfolio inventory and scheduling to meet project deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding material supplies and deliverables.
• Ensure proper inventory handling, storage, labeling, and disposition.
• Identify and escalate operational risks to senior leadership as needed.
• Coordinate reference standard re-qualification: tests, data review, expiry dates.
