Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre is hiring a full-time Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for night shifts. This role includes a $15,000 hiring incentive, up to $5.50 per hour shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must hold RRT and CRT credentials.
• Experience in respiratory care required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory care needs and plan treatments.
• Manage ventilators and airway support per protocol.
• Educate patients and families on disease management.
• Assist in discharge planning and DME coordination.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and point-of-care testing.
