The role is full-time and involves autonomy, protocol-driven care, and collaboration with critical care teams.

ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are required, along with a Specialty Training Program graduate background.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, NRP and PALS certifications are required.
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program.
• Residency/transition program for new graduates is available.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory needs and plan treatment.
• Perform and document thorough patient assessments.
• Manage ventilators and airway support per protocol.
• Educate patients and families on disease management.
• Assist in intra-hospital transport of ventilated patients.
• Set up non-invasive ventilation and arterial blood gas sampling.
