Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner I (RRT) to evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction under physician orders. The role requires documentation of patient responses and collaboration with the care team to improve outcomes.
Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Respiratory Care Program, hold RRT and Arkansas LRCP licenses, and have BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred depending on the department.
The Respiratory Care Practitioner must consistently meet or exceed customer expectations by assessing, treating, and/or testing patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction per physician orders and protocols. They must document patient responses to such and integrate clinical expertise to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes.
