Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner I for PFT/Bronch procedures. The role emphasizes assessing, treating, and testing patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction per physician orders and protocols to improve outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited respiratory care program, RRT, LRCP in Arkansas, and BLS. 0–2 years of experience is preferred; PALS/NRP may be required depending on department.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• 0-2 years of experience or greater as a respiratory therapist.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP), and Basic Life Support Provider (BLS). Prefer PALS & NRP.ACLS may be required depending on the assigned department.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, treat, and/or test patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction per physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient responses and integrate clinical expertise to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
