Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital in Covington, Georgia is seeking a part-time Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for night shifts. This role offers a sign-on bonus and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a busy hospital setting.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, critical care procedures, blood gas analysis, equipment maintenance, and patient education. Georgia licensure and BCLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are required or obtained on hire.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required
• Licenses: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) and Georgia state licensure upon hire, BCLS, ACLS, PALS within designated timelines
• Experience: No experience required

• Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.
