Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is hiring a Respiratory Therapist for Piedmont Atlanta Hospital on the 7pm–7am night shift. You’ll support adult acute and critical care patients, perform respiratory procedures, blood gas analyses, and patient education as part of a collaborative care team. Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences; RRT certification and Georgia state license.

BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 60 days are required. No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and respiratory care procedures in adult care areas.

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.
