Citi seeks a Vice President for Recovery & Resolution Planning in Charlotte, responsible for leading the development and execution of RRP deliverables across Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) or related fields.
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel for executive-level presentations and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to communicate complex topics to senior executives, regulators, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of recovery and resolution planning deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and develop regulatory submissions.
• Support planning frameworks for critical business activities and financial resilience.
• Draft and review executive summaries, regulatory materials, and senior management communications.
• Coordinate complex projects with multiple dependencies and regulatory deadlines.
• Present analyses, recommendations, and status updates to senior management and governance forums.
• Translate complex topics into clear messaging and actionable follow-ups.
• Escalate risks and issues while operating with judgment and independence.
• Support regulatory response activities and resilience initiatives.
