Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Group Manager for Recovery and Resolution Planning in Charlotte, NC. You will lead design, implementation, and validation of RRP efforts, coordinating with Finance, Technology and Treasury to enable capital and liquidity actions under stress.

You will act as an SME on RRP, drive governance data insights for leadership and regulators, and push continuous improvements in data workflows to meet evolving regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial forecasting, liquidity and capital stress testing, data modeling, financial reporting, risk analytics, or regulatory reporting within a global financial institution.
• Strong technical expertise in data analytics, including experience with Tableau, Power BI, Python, etc.
• Understanding of U.S. regulatory reporting requirements and their data implications.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives within Finance, Risk, or Treasury functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to senior management and regulators.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and validation Recovery and Resolution Planning efforts.
• Partners with key stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Treasury including Capital and Liquidity stakeholders.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on Recovery and Resolution planning, Capital and Liquidity.
• Support RRP governance forums by providing data-driven insights, trends, and recommendations for senior leadership and regulators.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data workflows, ensuring adaptability to evolving regulatory requirements.
