HealthPort in Salisbury, MD is hiring a Residential Rehabilitation Program Registered Nurse for a full-time position. The RN will collaborate with treatment plans, complete regulatory documentation, and coordinate care for clients in our residential program.

The role offers a 4-day, 36-hour work week (Mon–Thu) with a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually. Must hold an MD RN license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license; prior clinical experience preferred.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Registered Nurse Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse for the Residential Rehabilitation Program will be responsible forcollaborating with rehabilitation/treatment plans and staff in serving the client’s needs. Complete all regulatory documentation of client treatment and share information in a timely manner with other professionals working with client, both with the staff and, with client permission, outside agencies. This is a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality treatment and coordination of care.
• Review and ensure the doctors’ orders are being followed by members.
• Confirm medication compliance and medications are refilled timely.
• Provide health promotion and training as requested.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• Credentials as Registered Nurse (RN) authorized under Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, with current license and insurance or at least two years’ clinical experience and plans to achieve credentials above.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment.
• Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Privileged to carry out all duties, including client treatment coordination.
• Valid full driver’s license with a safe driving record.
