Job summary

St. Peter's Health Partners in Albany, NY is seeking a Registered Polysomnographic Technician for our Sleep Center on the night shift. This full-time position supports the sleep study program, performing tests and ensuring high-quality records.

The ideal candidate has an accredited polysomnography education with NYS licensure (RPSGT preferred) and 1–3 years of sleep lab experience. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Polysomnography program with an AAS, and NYS RPSGT licensure.
• Or graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with an AAS and NYS license.
• Sleep disorder specialist adds on or RPSGT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead worker performing various sleep testing procedures to high technical quality.
• Identify abnormalities and ensure tests meet department standards.
• Serve as a resource for Licensed Polysomnography Technicians.
