SLEEP RX LLC in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for a full-time overnight position. The role involves performing sleep studies, data collection, and patient care in our sleep lab.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, monitoring, and data scoring, with a focus on accurate testing and adherence to lab protocols. NY licensure and RPSGT certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography program required.
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification required.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Testing and data collection: Facilitate polysomnographic tests and collect accurate data.
• Equipment preparation: Prepare and calibrate equipment, apply electrodes, sensors, and airway pressure masks per established protocols.
• Monitoring and recording: Record patient activities, monitor study quality, and document clinical events.
• Data analysis: Score clinical events and tabulate data for physician review.
• Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and laboratory protocols.
