Job summary

Propak is seeking a dependable RPC Sorter for the 4th shift in Siloam Springs, AR. You will manually sort RPCs and materials, manage airbags for reuse, and keep the work area clean and safe while following company policies.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role offers a starting pay of $15/hour with potential performance-based increases, weekly pay, and full benefits including PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• No formal experience required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manually sort RPCs and other materials according to set criteria.
• Categorize inflatable airbags and manage reusable bags for reuse.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow Propak policies.
• Assist team to improve overall operations as needed.
• Operate with safety awareness in a fast-paced warehouse.
