Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Hand Sorter to join our warehouse operations in Grove City, OH. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining quality while meeting production goals and following safety protocols.

You will hand-sort returnable plastic containers based on standards, reclaim customer-owned products, and support the team in a fast-paced environment. Forklift duties may be involved after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Responsibilities

• Hand-sort RPCs (returnable plastic containers) accurately based on manufacturer and quality standards
• Reclaim customer-owned products and materials with care and precision
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our PTZ goals
• Support the team with other duties as assigned by site leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (Clean as You Go)
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided)

What Youll Do

• Hand-sort RPCs (returnable plastic containers) accurately based on manufacturer and quality standards.

• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team with other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Experience in a warehouse or production-based environment preferred.
