Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks a dynamic Program Manager to lead development and execution of training programs and customer support operations, including oversight of a Tier One subcontractor in support of the Canada Ministry of Defense RPAS program.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track‑record of planning and executing complex, cross‑functional projects and significant experience in the provision of military aircrew and/or maintenance training as well as

Qualifications

Requires 11+ years of progressively complex program administration experience with strong leadership skills.
Experience managing programs that serve a single customer and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of the program from initiation through delivery.
Develop and coordinate program plans for internal and subcontracted programs.
Collaborate with engineering and management to meet technical, schedule, quality, and financial objectives.
Act as primary customer contact for training program activities and program reviews.
Oversee subcontractor performance at multiple customer locations.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and security requirements.
