Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a financial services organization, is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer. This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise RPA and workflow automation solutions while partnering with business and technical teams to identify and improve manual processes.

Job Duties
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather automation requirements and understand existing workflows
- Document current-state and future-state processes, including process flows and technical design documentation
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA and workflow automation solutions
- Build enterprise automations using UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or comparable RPA platforms
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases
- Support production automations through monitoring, troubleshooting, break/fix, and post-deployment hypercare
- Maintain source control, deployment, monitoring, and automation reporting standards
- Evaluate potential automation opportunities and measure the effectiveness and business impact of deployed solutions
Skills & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 2-5 years of hands-on RPA or workflow automation development experience
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or a comparable enterprise automation platform
- Experience consuming REST and/or SOAP APIs
- Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
- Knowledge of business process methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, exception handling, and unattended automation
- Experience maintaining and supporting a portfolio of production bots
- Experience delivering automation within financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry
- Experience with document-intensive workflows and enterprise business processes
- Experience with RPA Center of Excellence practices and automation governance
- Experience with source control, CI/CD, release pipelines, and deployment standards
- UiPath certification or equivalent formal RPA training
