Job summary

Arkhya Tech Inc. is seeking a senior Process/Business Analyst with deep Finance & Accounting domain experience to drive automation discovery and shape automation opportunities.

You will bridge business stakeholders and automation teams to identify, assess, document, and prioritize processes for RPA and Intelligent Automation in a fast-paced environment. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable automation solutions, collaborating with UiPath

Qualifications

• 15+ years overall experience in business analysis and automation discovery.
• 4+ years in Finance & Accounting domain.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of RPA / Intelligent Automation concepts.
• Experience with process mapping/documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, or Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business users, SMEs, and process owners to understand processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify and qualify automation opportunities based on feasibility, complexity, ROI, and business value.
• Lead process walkthroughs, workshops, and automation discovery sessions.
• Gather requirements, process metrics, volumes, business rules, and exception scenarios.
• Create process maps, PDDs, and detailed process documentation.
• Collaborate with UiPath developers/architects to translate business needs into automation solutions.
• Support UAT, implementation, user adoption, and post-implementation activities.
• Manage and maintain the automation opportunity pipeline.
