Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company seeks an RPA Solutions Analyst to join the Boston MSC USA office. The role requires on-site work five days a week at 55 Walkers Brook Dr, Reading, MA 01867, with no remote option.

You will design and build production-grade automations on Power Automate, translate business requirements into bot specifications, and support the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 1 year of programming experience (VB, Python, R, Java, C++), strong VBA/SQL skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a math, science or technology related field.
• 1 year of programming experience (VB, Python, R, Java, C++).
• Proficient with VBA, VB.Net, SQL.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized, efficient, and able to manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service mindset, focused and responsive.
• MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the design and building of production-grade RPA solutions on Power Automate.
• Assists in all aspects of the development lifecycle from architecture to testing.
• Translates business requirements into bot specifications and tooling.
• Gathers and tracks data on processed business tasks pre- and post-automation.
• Improves data flow and data quality to increase accuracy and value.
• Creates and maintains training material and trains end-users as necessary.
• Unit tests code for usability, reliability, and performance.
• Provides day-to-day support to ensure availability of systems and dashboards.
• Presence required on-site 5 days per week; other duties as assigned.
