Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Business Analyst for Enterprise Automation within Enterprise Technology & Experience. The role is full-time and hybrid, with options in Springfield or Boston.

You will analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and lead feasibility studies for RPA implementations, collaborating with developers, testers, and business partners. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication, and a proven ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of related experience in Business Analysis, preferably within technology or financial services.
• 2 years of experience in process analysis / continuous improvement, preferably within financial services.
• Experience with RPA tools and process documentation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to review processes end-to-end and identify opportunities for automation.
• Lead RPA feasibility analysis and create detailed process analyses and automation requirements.
• Work with developers and testers to implement automation solutions.
• Maintain relationships with business and technology partners.
