Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious bio & life science company, in their search for RPA Solution Architect – UiPath. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Remote).

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Solution Architect with UiPath expertise to lead the replication and migration of an existing UiPath automation ecosystem to a newly established business environment. This is a client-facing, strategic technical role suited for a professional who excels in architecture, bot migration, and team leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA, with at least 3 years of hands-on UiPath architecture and delivery.
• Proven experience in replicating or re-architecting RPA environments and migrating bots across business entities or domains.
• Deep understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot provisioning.
• Strong background in automation design, infrastructure planning, and system integrations.
• Experience instructing or leading teams of developers in an RPA delivery context.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect Certification.
• Experience with secure environments, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices in RPA environments (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, version control).
• Exposure to infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or on-prem hybrid setups).

Responsibilities:

• Replicate an existing UiPath Orchestrator environment (including configuration, security, and integrations) for a new business entity.
• Lead the migration of RPA bots, some as-is and others with application-specific modifications due to changes in the underlying systems.
• Define and oversee the target RPA architecture, including infrastructure, governance, and scaling practices.
• Guide and instruct a team of RPA developers, ensuring proper reuse, modification, and validation of migrated bots.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, IT, and business process owners to align on timelines, testing, and go-live strategy.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices are applied throughout the migration process.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues, ensuring quality and continuity of bot operations post-deployment.

Pay range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $80/hour to $90/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
