Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and Power Automate (with ability to work on custom automation tool).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop custom automation tools and solutions leveraging .NET technologies.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of RPA projects, including requirements gathering, process
analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions in a timely manner.
- Continuously monitor and optimize RPA processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols in RPA
development.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA solutions.
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of RPA infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and automation technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as C#, or VB.NET.
- Advance Certifications with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
