Baker Tilly follows a five-step approach to managing our RPA projects. RPA Developer responsibilities, broken out by each phase, are as follows:
Use PDD and architecture requirements to build the automation in UiPath Studio per Baker Tilly RPA coding standards. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure requirements are met.
Collaborate with the RPA Business Analyst to create the Test Plan/Test Report. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client and implement bug fixes from UAT.
Transition automation packages from development to production. Document the automation process and architecture in a ‘Run Book’.
Monitor automation performance for approximately two to four weeks and provide bug fixes.
The compensation range is $81,830 to $177,310, influenced by skills, experience, and location.
