Job Title: RPA/AI Project Manager

Location: Chadds Ford, PA (Onsite)

Type: W2 only

Role Overview: We are hiring a Project Manager to lead key initiatives in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML). This role drives the digital transformation of business functions in biopharmaceutical and clinical operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver intelligent automation solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end RPA and AI/ML implementation projects, from planning to support.
• Collaborate with IT teams, consultants, and vendors to develop and deploy solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation use cases and define requirements.
• Guide solution design, manage development activities, and lead change management.
• Supervise and support developers and analysts, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Support digital transformation strategy, including budgeting and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with CSV, Google Cloud Platform, and regulatory standards.
• Promote a high-performance, cross-functional team environment.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related technical field.

Experience:

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3-5 years in project management.
• Mandatory domain experience in Biopharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, or Clinical Operations.
• Proven track record in automation project delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with RPA tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML platforms, including OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of CSV, Google Cloud Platform, and validation processes.
• Familiarity with responsive web technologies and solution architecture is a plus.
