Neotechie seeks an experienced RPA Business Analyst to identify and document automation opportunities across enterprise processes. The role bridges business operations and RPA delivery teams, gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and ensuring scalable, production-ready automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will prepare PDDs/SDDs, drive workshops, validate designs with RPA developers, and support UAT, deployment, and KPI tracking.

Formación

Experience in business analysis for automation
Ability to map current and future states
Knowledge of RPA lifecycle and governance
Experience producing PDD and SDD documents
Strong documentation and workshop facilitation skills
Stakeholder management across business units
Proficiency with UiPath and Automation Anywhere platforms
Understanding of KPI tracking and ROI analysis
Experience with UAT and deployment activities
Knowledge of enterprise process optimization

Responsabilidades

Engage with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities.
Conduct process discovery sessions and analyze current-state business workflows.
Prepare PDDs, SDDs, BRDs, and workflow diagrams.
Facilitate workshops to define future-state automated processes.
Collaborate with RPA developers to validate feasibility and design.
Support UAT, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Track KPIs, ROI, and process performance improvements.
Coordinate with delivery, operations, and stakeholders for project execution.
Ensure automation solutions align with goals, compliance, and requirements.
