Job summary

Tandavix llc seeks an experienced RPA Controller to oversee production robotic process automation, monitor bot activity, and support ongoing improvements. You will ensure stability and performance of automated processes across the environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring UiPath Orchestrator, analyzing failures, managing configurations, and coordinating changes with development and IT teams. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and incident management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with RPA tools (preferably UiPath Orchestrator).
• Ability to interpret logs and system errors.
• Familiarity with incident and change management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Production Monitoring: monitor automation performance; review job executions, failures, retries, and queue activity.
• Incident Management: investigate failed or degraded automations and restart jobs as needed; escalate issues.
• Operational Support: execute approved operational tasks; manage bot configurations and schedules; apply fixes and hypercare.
• Change & Deployment Support: assist with deployment of production changes and validate post-change stability.
• Communication & Documentation: report automation status and incidents; document actions and follow-ups.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: work with developers and IT stakeholders; participate in troubleshooting and improvement efforts.
