You will join the Quality & Automation team to build, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere or similar platforms, document processes, gather requirements, and support bot deployment across departments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• GPA of 3.00 or higher required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and testing of RPA bots using Automation Anywhere or similar platforms.
• Document business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and validate bot functionality.
• Support bot deployment and monitor performance in production environments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
• Help maintain bot documentation and update process logs.
