Job summary

Rotech Healthcare in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated Robotic Process Automation Engineer (RPA) to join our operations team. You will design, develop, test and maintain automation tools, serving as a PM/liaison between business partners, IT, and other teams to implement efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate has a background in automation solutions, experience with tools like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or UIPath, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer, Engineering or Technology field or experience in automation-related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RPA solutions with business SMEs to resolve problems.
• Define data requirements and coordinate test data.
• Communicate issues and solutions to executive leadership.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and IT to find automation opportunities.
• Perform ROI/Cost Analysis for automation projects.
• Document technical aspects and post-implementation procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
