Job summary

Coherent Solutions, Inc. seeks an automation engineer to join a newly formed team strengthening the company's automation-first operating model across finance, operations, IT, and other enterprise functions.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable automation using UiPath, Power Automate, and other platforms, build integrations with APIs and MuleSoft, and ensure data consistency with SQL/NoSQL databases while maintaining enterprise standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in automation engineering or system integration.
Hands-on experience with UiPath or other RPA platforms plus JavaScript or .NET.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including Azure SQL.
Experience designing and consuming APIs for system integration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and enhance automation solutions across finance, operations, IT, and other enterprise functions.
Work independently with minimal requirements, defining automation approaches, system integrations, and technical solutions.
Evaluate automation platforms and select tools for each use case.
Design and develop intelligent process automations using low-code/no-code platforms.
Build and maintain system integrations using APIs and MuleSoft.
Design with relational and NoSQL databases to support automation logic and reporting.
Apply architecture principles to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed automations for reliability.
Document designs, data flows, and integration patterns for long-term maintainability.
