Job summary

Diaconia is seeking an experienced UiPath, Power Automate, and RPA Developer for a Federal Client environment. The role focuses on designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise automation solutions across UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities include migrating automation assets, building cloud and desktop flows, and integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and external systems. 3+ years of hands-on RPA experience required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions for Federal Client.
  • Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance UiPath automations in production.
  • Design and develop automation using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop).
  • Support migration of UiPath automations to Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.
  • Assess current UiPath bots and determine migration strategies.
  • Reengineer automations for process/platform improvements.
  • Develop cloud/desktop flows and attended/unattended automations.
  • Ensure continuity during transition and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Integrate automation with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and more.
  • Maintain documentation, tests, and deployment guides.
  • Follow SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps practices; provide guidance and support.
