SUMMARY: The FCC RPA Developer & Systems Analyst works to improve business efficiency and productivity by designing, developing, testing, and documenting modules for RPA purposes. They evaluate business requirements for information delivery channels by collaborating with AML/BSA, Fraud, and Compliance departments to define objectives, requirements, data availability, and validation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with AML/BSA, Fraud, and Compliance teams to analyze data flows, requirements, and business models.
2. Document system and data requirements for AML/BSA, Fraud, and Compliance systems.
3. Translate business requirements into system specifications and maintain metadata documents.
4. Identify data inconsistencies within the enterprise for relevant departments.
5. Work with data architects, ETL developers, and end users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
6. Understand programming languages and generate reports from data systems.
7. Comprehend client-server architecture and web services.
8. Apply RPA standards to Bot development, including defining, designing, and supporting automation.
9. Map processes into automated steps and deploy automation with proper integration.
10. Maintain documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
11. Monitor bot performance and implement enhancements as needed.
12. Develop and execute quality assurance for deliverables.
13. Create complex programs and queries for data analysis in AML/BSA, Fraud, and Compliance.
14. Maintain enterprise metadata in conjunction with data governance.
15. Participate in peer reviews to maintain project integrity.
16. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
17. Work independently and adhere to applicable laws and policies, including anti-money laundering regulations.
18. Report suspicious activity as required.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

At least 2+ years in RPA development and relevant experience in data analytics or related fields.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Preferred: CAMS or AMLCA certifications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Experience with UiPath, APIs, SQL, Oracle, data mining, BI tools.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, data warehousing, dashboards, and business logic.
• Knowledge of AML platforms and financial systems.
