Red Road Healthcare is seeking a Lead RPA Developer to join our team in a remote role supporting the U.S. Eastern Time zone. You will lead end‑to‑end RPA development with UiPath, owning automation projects from design through production.

The role requires healthcare experience, strong SQL/.NET skills, and GitHub governance. Ideal candidates have UiPath certification, a degree in CS/IT/CE, and a track record delivering enterprise automation in healthcare environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
812 years of relevant experience in RPA/automation development.
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath.
Experience with healthcare projects and HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems.
Experience with Practice Management Systems.

Responsibilities

Provide strong technical expertise in RPA and UiPath across the development lifecycle.
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions.
Take technical ownership of automation projects and drive successful delivery.
Execute and monitor automation runs, investigate failures, and troubleshoot production issues.
Perform unit and integration testing and support deployments.
Work within Agile, Scrum, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.
Understand enterprise integration architecture and collaborate across teams.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Maintain centralized code repositories using GitHub.
Develop custom code to support RPA solutions.
Provide post-production support and resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, PDDs, and SDDs.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify requirements.

Red Road Healthcare is looking for an experienced Lead RPA Developer to join our team in a remote role supporting the U.S. Eastern Time (ET) zone.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong technical expertise in RPA and UiPath, covering the end-to-end development lifecycle and enterprise platform support.
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions following RPA best practices.
Take technical ownership of automation projects and drive successful delivery.
Execute and monitor automation runs, investigate failures, and troubleshoot production issues.
Perform unit and integration testing and support production deployments.
Work effectively within Agile, Scrum, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.
Understand enterprise integration architecture and collaborate effectively across technical teams.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members, stakeholders, and management.
Maintain centralized code repositories using GitHub.
Develop custom code where required to support RPA solutions.
Provide post-production support and resolve issues reported by business users.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration best practices, PDDs, and SDDs.
Work closely with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and define technical and data solutions.

Key Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
812 years of relevant experience in RPA/automation development.
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath.
Experience working on healthcare projects and HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems.
Experience with Practice Management Systems.
Strong SQL Server experience, including queries, stored procedures, jobs, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
Practical knowledge of .NET Framework, VB scripting, and other programming languages is preferred.
Ability to work independently, proactively seek clarity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
