Red Road Healthcare is seeking a Lead RPA Developer to join our team in a remote role supporting the U.S. Eastern Time zone. You will lead end‑to‑end RPA development with UiPath, owning automation projects from design through production.

The role requires healthcare experience, strong SQL/.NET skills, and GitHub governance. Ideal candidates have UiPath certification, a degree in CS/IT/CE, and a track record delivering enterprise automation in healthcare environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 812 years of relevant experience in RPA/automation development.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Experience with healthcare projects and HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems.
• Experience with Practice Management Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong technical expertise in RPA and UiPath across the development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions.
• Take technical ownership of automation projects and drive successful delivery.
• Execute and monitor automation runs, investigate failures, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support deployments.
• Work within Agile, Scrum, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.
• Understand enterprise integration architecture and collaborate across teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain centralized code repositories using GitHub.
• Develop custom code to support RPA solutions.
• Provide post-production support and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, PDDs, and SDDs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify requirements.
